Preparing work does not incur a collection fee. Collection fees apply when money is collected. For outgoing payments, “no separate FYLED fee” does not waive another provider’s disclosed charges. See the fee breakdown before confirming a collection. A reporting-currency change does not exchange money and does not trigger the conversion spread.

Prepaid

These are finite prepaid subscriptions, not lifetime access. Bronze has no 5-year plan. Separate charges still apply.

At the end of the term, your existing records remain readable and exportable. New paid work requires another paid term. There is no automatic free Bronze plan.

Sovereign

Sovereign is a right-to-use licence for a private deployment on dedicated infrastructure, with 5 years of support, updates and maintenance included. The use licence is not a subscription that expires after 60 months; the end of included support is a separate date and does not, by itself, end the right to use the licensed deployment. Support after year 5 requires separate agreed terms. Silver and Gold use their respective plan capabilities. No Sovereign Bronze or Scale offer is available. Enterprise licences are quoted separately.

A free workspace for your practice. Paid plans for your clients.

The base practice workspace is free with unlimited staff. Practice Pro adds your own portfolio analytics for £79 per month, also with unlimited staff. Your clients' plan features remain tied to their plans.

Commission is not 20% of the client's invoice face value and is not a share of processor pass-through charges. Practice payouts use Stripe Connect. Before a bundle starts, the client must agree who bills them and when it takes effect: one client, one billing arrangement for the same service and period, not two subscription charges.

FAQ

Questions before choosing.

What am I paying for?

Your plan covers the listed work and capacity. The separate-charge and collection-fee tables show the other charges. We do not sell reporting, MCP access or other tier capabilities as individual upgrades.

Will a busy month change my bill?

No mid-month usage surcharge or retrospective transaction block is added. Capacity is agreed at signup and reviewed at renewal, and volume bands are declared at signup or renewal only, never charged in arrears.

Does my price rise?

The price lock covers your tier rate, capacity rates and FYLED collection rates while you remain subscribed. Published price changes do not alter your locked contract. A tier or cadence change shows the replacement total, tax and effective date for your consent before it takes effect.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel subscription renewal without an exit fee. Your confirmation states the date paid access ends. Cancellation is not itself confirmation of a refund.

What happens after paid access ends?

You can read and export existing records. New paid work stops unless a new paid entitlement, or an explicitly approved trial exception, applies. Unpaid registration does not unlock Bronze.

Is there a free plan or free trial?

There is no free ongoing plan. Paid plans can start with a 30-day trial: your card is collected upfront and, unless you cancel, the plan converts at day 30 with the consent you give at checkout. A money-back refund is available within 30 days of the first charge.

Can I keep using Sovereign after its support period?

The use licence and support period are distinct. The included support, updates and maintenance last 5 years; the use licence is not a 5-year subscription.

Is Household a different plan?

Business and Household describe the words used in the app, not separate plans in this offer. Available features and charges still follow your purchased tier and permissions.
